HOW THIS WORKS: First, schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation with me so I can learn more about you and how I can help. During this call you can ask questions and hear more about my programs, insurance accepted and pricing. If you feel we would work well together then we can book your initial coaching session. At the end of your session, I will put together my recommendations to best achieve your health goals. After following your plan for a set time we will meet again for a follow-up session to troubleshoot any challenges and discuss your success.

Hi! I'm Janna Weaver, registered dietitian and nutritionist.

As a teenager I made a decision to take control of my eating and physical activity habits. By the time I started high school I had dropped 6 pants sizes, lost over 75 pounds and decided I wanted to be a dietitian. In college, as I studied nutrition, I struggled with body image and disordered eating but overcame by learning to care for my body and change my thinking. Now as a busy professional with an active family I face new challenges that require me to keep meals simple and habits routine. Over the years I’ve learned many important lessons that have taught me how to find balance and maintain a healthy weight while still enjoying the foods I love.

Through my experience of working with clients and walking through my own weight loss journey, I have become an expert who can help you. My programs represent what’s worked for me – a flexible plan with enjoyable food, accountability and sustainable habits. I want to teach you what I’ve learned so you can achieve your health goals, feel more energy, lose weight and be confident in your body!



Professional Bio

Janna Weaver, RDN, LD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Minor in Health and Exercise Science. Janna is a specialist in weight loss management, adult nutrition and corporate wellness.

In addition to Janna’s above mentioned qualifications, she also holds certifications from the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics in both Pediatric and Adult Weight Management. To help individuals achieve improved health, weight loss and overall well-being, Janna has created podcast series and developed multiple weight management and health coaching programs.

With more than 15 years of nutrition counseling experience, Janna’s obsessed with simplifying healthy eating to help her clients achieve overall well-being and live a happy, vibrant life. When she isn’t talking about nutrition, you’ll find her in the kitchen, meeting friends at CrossFit or planning her next party.
