HEALTH & WELLNESS IS WITHIN YOUR REACH
Eating well should be enjoyable
Hi! I'm Janna Weaver, owner and registered dietitian nutritionist.
As a teenager I made a decision to take control of my eating and physical activity habits. By the time I started high school I had lost over 75 pounds and decided I wanted to become a dietitian. In college, as I studied nutrition, I struggled with body image and disordered eating but overcame by learning to care for my body and change my thinking. Now as a busy professional with an active family I face new challenges that require me to keep meals simple and habits routine. Over the years I’ve learned many important lessons that have taught me how to find balance and maintain a healthy weight while still enjoying the foods I love.
Through my experience of working with clients and walking through my own weight loss journey, I have become an expert who can help you. My programs represent what’s worked for me:
A flexible eating plan
I want to teach you what I’ve learned so you can achieve your health goals, lose weight and be confident in your body!

Annie Cavalier, MS, RDN, LD is a Registered Dietitian with experience at one of the largest hospitals in Dallas.
She attended the University of Texas at Austin for her bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics and received her masters degree in nutrition from Texas Woman's University.
Annie’s interest in nutrition was sparked when she was 12 years old and her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. With the help of a friend who is a chef, Annie’s family learned how to prepare healthy, delicious food that her mother was able to eat during treatment.
Noticing how much of an impact food and nutrition had on overall health and wellbeing, Annie set out to learn more about the science behind food and its relationship to health.
In addition to seeing clients for Janna Weaver Nutrition and Wellness, and working with patients
in the acute care setting, Annie also runs her own nutrition and lifestyle website, My Healthful
Life, and writes nutrition articles for various organizations including the National Breast Cancer Foundation, the University of Texas Department of Kinesiology’s Fitness Institute of Texas, Southern Dallas Magazine, and more.
When she is not working on these passion projects, you
can find her practicing yoga, going for long walks outdoors, or lost in a good book.
